In painting, as in life, you can get away with a great deal as long as you have your values right. (Harley Brown)

If, when facing the paper, you say to yourself, 'I'm an artist,' you haven't a clue as to what to do! If, however, you say, 'I am an entertainer, a shape maker and an expressive symbol collector,' you know the task ahead and how to proceed. (Edgar A. Whitney)

Continue working wet in wet. We'll paint the moon image again - this time using color, as most of us only got our one-color painting today.
Suggested colors might be new gamboge, yellow ochre or raw sienna for yellow (or if you are lucky enough to have jaune use that), a warm red, and ultramarine blue. If you have Neutral tint or Paynes Gray keep it handy in case you aren't getting your ultramarine as dark as you like - but it's not necessary.
Attached; References: moon photo as taken, moon photo edited to show landforms, and one painted version. (And take a look at the screen shots with all of today's (November 19th), great one-color moon paintings!)
